It’s the time of year to begin the process of selecting officers for the Wylie ISD Council of PTAs for the 2018-2019 school year. The nominating committee, which was elected by the membership at the January meeting, is charged with presenting their recommended slate of officers at the March meeting, which will be held on Thursday, March 8 at 12pm at Burnett Jr. High.
The elected officer positions are the following:
1st Vice President – Aide to President
2nd Vice President of Programs
3rd Vice President of Membership

When submitting your information, please remember the time commitment for serving on the council board. The Council meets twice a month for a board meeting and a membership meeting, except in the months of December, February, and April. Committee meetings are on an as needed basis. Being an active volunteer at Council events is extremely important.
